This coming Saturday, drivers in the Northshire may spot an unusual sight: Canadian Geese escorting Giant Bugs that Rock across Route 30. Rather than stopping and causing a traffic backup, motorists are encouraged to navigate past the crossing creatures, and then head directly to the Dorset Playhouse.
There, the Dorset Players will help facilitate the world-renowned Missoula Children’s Theatre, who will present two performances of “The Secret Garden,” an adaptation of the beloved classic by Michael McGill for children’s stage, with music and lyrics.
The production is part of Missoula Children’s Theatre’s international touring project. The local presentation is made possible by presenting sponsor Sheila Childs and show sponsor the United Church of Dorset & East Rupert.
