The Dorset Players Board of Trustees is a dedicated group of artists, volunteers, and community leaders who bring decades of experience in theatre, education, business, design, and the arts. United by their passion for live performance and stewardship of the historic Playhouse, they work together to support productions, strengthen community engagement, and guide the organization into its second century.

Business Manager
Co-Executive Producer
After years as both an actor and chef, Paul Michael brings a wide range of creative experience to his role as Business Manager and Co-Executive Producer.
Natalie Philpot
Director of Youth Programming
Natalie is a devoted Dorset Players artist and educator—award-winning on stage, passionate about youth theater and community health, and most proud of being mom to Bryce and Brooklyn.

Drawing on more than two decades with the Players and years as a local business owner, Mark champions the vibrant energy fueling the organization today.
Derryl Lang
Interim Vice President
With deep experience in architecture, design, and real estate, Derryl contributes both professional insight and thoughtful stewardship to the Players.
Leslie Mazzucco
Treasurer
After serving as business manager and dedicated volunteer, Leslie now strengthens the organization’s operations and future as Treasurer.
Jon Mathewson
Secretary
Coming from a career in museum curation, Jon embraces the fast-paced world of live theater while supporting the Players as Secretary and volunteer.
Elisabeth Hazelton
Co-Executive Producer
Bringing her experience as an actor, director, producer, and costume designer, Elisabeth helps lead the Playhouse in her role as Co-Executive Producer.
