Dorset Players didn’t get to be the longest-running Community Theater group in Vermont because we run our auditions like an exclusive local club. Heck no, they’re called “open” auditions for a good reason. Our doors are always open to performers from all over, regardless of race, gender, sexuality, ability or disability.
